Frogzskin Customer Shipping Policy
Domestic and International Orders:
Frogzskin offers domestic and international shipping for customers. Certain states within the US, like Minnesota and Kansas, include additional taxes that are calculated at checkout. For international orders, Frogzskin is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes required upon delivery of order. Taxes and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, and are out of Frogzskin's control.
Order Processing, Cancellations and Delays:
Orders are processed during the business week and may vary slightly depending on the selected shipping option. Please note that business days exclude weekends.
After an order is placed, you are able to cancel your order up until the shipment label is created. Please reach out to maggie@gtlmn.com for cancellation inquiries.
Delayed orders on the end of the shipping carrier do not fall under Frogzskin's liability. For delayed shipments, please first contact the shipping carrier for your order's status.
