Frogzskin Customer Return and Refund Policy
Frogzskin accepts returns from customers for 30 days following date of purchase. Frogzskin does not provide a return label for customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to send their order back to our facility. For return inquiries please reach out to maggie@gtlmn.com. Upon approval to return order, a refund will not be distributed until analysis of said order is in condition to be restocked. Orders returned that are damaged, or not in condition to be restocked will not be refunded. Additionally, we do not charge a restocking fee.
